Dominique Alford

Dominique joined Henley & Walden LLP in June 2009 and became a partner in January 2012. Since her initial call to the bar in Manitoba in 1997, her credentials and accomplishments include admission to the bars of Alberta and British Columbia. Dominique has considerable expertise in corporate and commercial transactions, residential and commercial real estate matters and estate planning and estate administration. She also practices in the areas of commercial fishing/marine law.

Dominique has developed a thriving practice with Henley & Walden LLP, establishing enduring relationships with clients and the Saanich Peninsula community in general. In addition to her legal practice, Dominique is also very involved with her community. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Saanich Peninsula Community Foundation and the Rotary Club of Brentwood Bay Foundation and is also an active member and Treasurer of the Brentwood Bay Rotary Club.

Dominique lives in Brentwood Bay with her husband Mark and their family of pets. In addition to her law practice and volunteer efforts, Dominique enjoys cooking, reading, walks at the dog park and visiting with family and friends.
